What happens after purchase?

You will receive a welcome letter that contains instructions on how to submit your photos and stories along with some templets to assist you in getting the word out about your spotlighted person.

Why something was not included in your spotlight?

Production time is delayed if subject matter is not properly identified during The Submission Spotlight Window.
If content is submitted after The Submission Spotlight Window has closed.
